Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are eligible for damaged products (e.g., broken seal), wrong items, but not for damaged postage boxes.
To start a return, you can contact us at admin@freedomlifestyle.fitness with a PHOTO of the incorrect / damaged item, and a screenshot of your PAID ORDER RECEIPT (which would have been emailed to you post purchase).
If your return is accepted, you can either drop the product back to us or we can send you a return shipping label. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 324-326 Ruthven Street, Toowoomba, QLD, 4350. A full refund or exchange of products will be offered.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via the above method will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
No refunds for postage-damaged boxes if supplements are intact, no refund for Monthly Subscription if not canceled before processing, no refund for incorrect mailing address or product choice, and no refund for change of mind.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure your order is corrected in case of damaged or incorrect product, is to email admin@freedomlifestyle.fitness, with a PHOTO of the incorrect / damaged item, and a screenshot of your PAID ORDER RECEIPT (which would have been emailed to you post purchase).
We can then mail you out the corrected order within a few days.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
